By purchasing from La Roka Perfumes Árabes Alta Gama, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Information

We specialize in luxury Arabic, oud, and Middle Eastern–inspired perfumes. Fragrance descriptions, notes, and longevity may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and usage. We do not guarantee a specific scent experience or duration.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Full payment is required unless using an approved deposit (apartado) option
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Deposits / Layaway (Apartado)

• A minimum deposit (including the $25 aparta) is required to reserve a perfume
• Deposits secure the item for a limited time agreed upon at purchase
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed time results in forfeiture of the deposit
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another product or customer

4. Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

• All perfume sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item is opened, used, or delivered
• No refunds for personal preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Proof (photos/videos) and receipt are required
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Approved claims may receive:

• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
• Store credit at our discretion

6. In-Person Delivery & Pickup

Once a product is delivered or picked up and accepted by the customer:

• The transaction is considered complete
• Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer
• No claims will be accepted after acceptance

7. Authenticity

All perfumes sold are authentic products sourced from trusted suppliers. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Roka Perfumes Árabes Alta Gama is not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
• Improper use or storage of products
• Loss or damage after delivery or pickup

Customers are encouraged to review ingredients and perform a patch test before use.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
